* Final Contract Required: A binding agreement for handyman services is only formed when both HandyRue LLC and the client physically or electronically sign our official, standalone Handyman Service Agreement.

2. NEVADA UNLICENSED HANDYMAN DISCLOSURE
In compliance with Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS Chapter 624), HandyRue LLC operates
as an unlicensed maintenance and repair provider in the state of Nevada. We do not offer
or perform any services that exceed an aggregate contract value of $1,000 (including labor
and materials), nor do we perform work requiring a municipal building permit or specialized
trades (structural, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC).

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

* Ownership: All content on HandyRue.com—including text, graphics, logos, icons, code,
and "before and after" project photographs—is the exclusive property of HandyRue LLC
and is protected by United States copyright and trademark laws.
* Prohibited Use: You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, or
transmit any images or text from this Site for commercial use or to represent competing
services without express written permission from HandyRue LLC.

4. USER CONDUCT & WEBSITE USE
By using our Site and online contact forms, you agree NOT to:
