What is your cancellation policy?

- Late Cancellation: If the Client cancels the appointment less than 24 hours before thescheduled start time, the deposit is strictly non-refundable and will be kept by HandyRueLLC.- Client Emergency & Rescheduling: In the event of a client emergency, the appointmentmay be rescheduled. The original deposit will be transferred and applied to the new date.- Failure to Reschedule: If the Client cancels due to an emergency but chooses not toreschedule a new appointment, HandyRue LLC retains sole discretion to either issue arefund or keep the deposit.

You can pay for our handyman services using cash, major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as debit cards. Additionally, we accept digital payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. For your ease, payments can be made onsite after the job is complete or online through our secure payment portal. This flexibility ensures you can choose the most comfortable method for settling your bill with Handyrue, your trusted handyman service in Vegas.

Can you fix any project i need done?

Not every project. Nevada Law limits the scope of work a handyman can perform, including a maximum project value of $1,000 (including labor and materials) without a contractor's license. Some specialized trades also require licensed contractors. If your project falls outside our scope, we'll explain why, discuss your options, and help point you in the right direction whenever possible. Our goal is to be honest, transparent, and never take on work we aren't legally qualified to perform.

Not at all. We can purchase the materials for you according to your budget or we can work with the materials you've already purchased. We'll discuss the best option during your estimate. When in doubt call us before buying any materials and we can discuss your plans.

Is there a Deposit?

Yes. The deposit is very simple with HandyRue. The deposit goes towards your overall amount. The deposit is due at signing the Service agreement we send to you by docusign, or by paper if you're more traditional. Note: Work will not be done until the deposit is paid.10% of total amount for projects under $50015% of total amount for projects over $500

Yes. We believe your property should be just as clean when we leave as it was when we arrived. We always clean our work area and remove job related debris before finishing.

Yes. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If you experience an issue related to our work during the 30 day warranty period, we'll work with you to make it right according to our warranty policy.

We'll always be honest with you. If your project requires a licensed contractor or falls outside the legal scope of handyman services, we'll explain why and help point you in the right direction whenever possible

Can you work while I'm away?

In many cases, yes. As long as arrangements have been made beforehand and we have access to the property. Please make sure the property is in a safe condition and no children or pets are left on the property. We cannot do work if our criteria for safety is not met.
