CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

- Late Cancellation: If the Client cancels the appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the deposit is strictly non-refundable and will be kept by HandyRue LLC.

- Client Emergency & Rescheduling: In the event of a client emergency, the appointment may be rescheduled. The original deposit will be transferred and applied to the new date.

- Failure to Reschedule: If the Client cancels due to an emergency but chooses not to reschedule a new appointment, HandyRue LLC retains sole discretion to either issue a refund or keep the deposit.
